- Arrival Time: Please ensure timely arrival no more than five minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. This is to maintain privacy for other students and ensure the smooth flow of lessons.
- Parking: All guests are requested to park on the street in front of the house.
- Bathroom Facilities: As we do not have restroom or changeroom facilities available, please make sure all bathroom needs are addressed before arriving for the lesson.
- Rescheduling Policy: Lessons will only be rescheduled in the case of severe weather conditions or if the instructor is unable to conduct the lesson. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations initiated by the swimmer.
- Illness: If the swimmer is unwell, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending the lesson and notify us via text message prior to the scheduled time.
- Personal Items: It is the responsibility of the participant to bring their own towel and goggles to the lesson.
- Sunscreen and Lotions: For the cleanliness and maintenance of our pool, please avoid wearing any sunscreen or lotions during the lesson.
- Refunds: If swim SESSION is cancelled 14 business days prior to start date, we will fully refund you. No refunds will be given otherwise or if swimmer cancels a lesson or cannot make the make up lesson date provided.
